To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. As always please contact me as soon as possible, emergency situations and illness will be taken into consideration.
